Literally the dirtiest hotel i have ever been to. Bed head and lamp cover had dust all over. Bed sheets were deadass yellow. It seemed like they have 0 intention to clean their hotel. After complaining, they said we are 2 star hotel. And there was one weird door in the room which it can be opened from outside i guess. So we just left the hotel and cancelled the booking!!!!

They’ve got a lift in their budget hotel. It’s situated in the business area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The prices are pretty reasonable for a budget place.

Bilik sangat best dan selesa ...kawasan persekitaran pon best semua tempat makan dekat dgn hotel jalan kaki pon sampai ...dan sye duduk selama 6 hari sangat aman dan damai tanpa ganguan apa2 hehe .

The hotel location is easy to access. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Can improve provide in room hair dryer. Room soundproofing can improved as abit noise at night outside. Overall is good.

The air conditioner was very bad. From check-in to return at night, the air conditioner was not cold at all. I went to the counter to complain and they said it was a weather problem. I couldn't rest well the whole night. It felt like I was in the sauna room. The bed and springs were old. I felt like I was sinking when I lay down. The pillows were also old. It was a terrible experience. There are many restaurants nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, who went out of their way to assist us. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and quiet environment, which made it great for both work and relaxation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone
